Angela R. White is the owner and broker of record for Susquehanna Realty Management LLC. Angela is a native of Central Pennsylvania and has been working in the property management industry for more than 10 years. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, Lancaster County Association of Realtors, National Center for Housing Management and the Institute of Real Estate Management. She has earned her ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) and her COS (Certified Occupancy Specialist) designations. Angela is also a CPM (Certified Property Manager) Candidate.
Prior to beginning her own company Angela spent many years working with a variety of properties in a variety of markets. Angela began her career in the suburbs of Washington DC. In the DC market she worked with a variety of troubled properties and successfully resolved issues, turning those properties into profitable ventures for their owners. Angela specialized in Low Income Housing Tax Credit properties and worked tirelessly to clean up compliance issues to prevent properties from loosing valuable tax credit dollars.
After several years in DC, Angela returned to Central Pennsylvania to join a property management consulting firm. As a consultant Angela had the unique experience to help several property management companies and housing authorities, throughout Pennsylvania, resolve internal and property issues. During this time Angela also conducted training sessions on various topics including Fair Housing. Angela values her experience during this time as it gave her vast exposure to what does and what does not work successfully in property management.
Since discovering property management as a career Angela has always been passionate about getting the most out of each property for its owners and making her properties places that tenants are proud to call home. Continuing education is also a priority for Angela and she has made it a priority for her staff, giving them many opportunities to expand their knowledge base. Angela works to keep SRM on the cutting edge of the industry introducing new services and technology as it is available.
