The Nissly Chocolate Factory Apartments provide affordable living for people over the age of 55. Nissly is located in Mount Joy, Lancaster County. In its former life this building housed the Nissly Chocolate Factory. The original factory glass windows have been left beautifully intact which provide for very bright apartments. Nissly provides ample parking for residents in addition to a community room that includes laundry facilities and space for social gatherings. All apartments have central air and individual thermostats for individual comfort. Heat, water, sewer and trash are included in the rent. Income restrictions apply. Two small pets are permitted in each apartment.
